Let me ask a simple question, how can I reverse the psychology involved in dealing with selling a product

I know, sounds like a crazy question, but as I lie here in bed and check the daily stats of our web hits I see a strong peak on a post we did this morning; port Douglas specials.

We were offering up to 65% off or its free! And yes, we got a lot of traffic, but NO actual enquiries.

So tell me, how cheap does it need to be? Is $65.00 a night for 2 people still to expensive for a 4 star room in the heart of Port Douglas? Because that’s what this clearly says. Don’t misunderstand, I’m not having a go at the consumer, this is just capitalism. So what needs to change? Simple, the equilibrium needs to shift!

No more, no less! See, easy! So owners of the asset need to realise the paradigm has shifted exponentially and in order to find that equilibrium then change must happen. There is no other way….. Unfortunately….
